About The Course

      Engineering Course: Duration is 4 years. The course is divided into eight semesters, each of six months duration of which the first two semesters are combined. Students will have to appear for the first University examination at the end of the 2nd semester, in April. Thereafter, they will have to appear for a University examination (theory and practical) at the end of every semester i.e., in April and December.

      The Electrical Engineering Laboratory is provided with both AC & DC panel boards and a rectifier unit. The lab is also equipped with well designed D.C. series , shunt and compound motors and generators along with all sorts of A.C. machines lile single phase induction motor, 3 phase alip ring and squirrel cage induction motor, synchronous motor, tachogenerator, schrage motor, alternators, single and three phase transformers, etc.

      In addition, a fully equipped Control and Instrumentation lab, Power Electronics and Circuits Devices Lab, Electrical Workshop have been set up.
