One of the main responsibilities of the P&T Centre is to motivate and prepare students for successful performance at interviews and subsequent interaction with employers.The students have formal and informal discussions regularly with the P&T staff regarding their future plans.They are trained to prepare effective resume and are advised to follow decorum and department and develop communication skills.

Arranging interviews (on and off campus ) to the students is the core business of the PAT Centre and to achieve this objective, the P&T Centre is constantly in touch with prospective employers to ensure that they seriously consider VIT students through the P&T Centre.

Many reputed companies (listed below) regularly visit our campus and recruit the students. Our alumini who work in these organizations do cpntribute their mite to the success of our efforts. AMS Alumini Association disseminates all the information through its group news letters / mails.

Enterpreneurship Development Programme conducted by the Centre, pay much attention to vital aspects of Enterprenuership, such as business opportunities, working capital management, motivation exercises and export opportunities.
